The meat department at Sam's is seriously depleted! Sockeye Salmon looks gorgeous. Two pork butts, back ribs and a large brisket fill out the menu. Sam's has good meat. Into brine and marinade tomorrow. Smokin' on Sunday.
And Paul Harvey, what's the rest of the story?
It is ALL GONE! Had a party yesterday, and all the carnivores arrived. What kind of party is it when all the meat is gone, and there is beer left? Answer: A good one! BTW, Happy Birthday Ski!
Of course, if you forget to put out the potato salad and slaw, folks will migrate to the meat!
DOH! Problem in that all that salady-stuff grows in the fridge. You can never finish it all.
